About the event

The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Alpha Theta Omega Chapter has been hard at work planning the Good Trouble Bus Tour rally in collaboration with the NAACP-Tampa and Divine 9 Organizations in our region. A coalition of groups, including prominent civil rights leaders such as: Senator Hill, Darryl Jones, Attorney Barbara Arnwine, Transformative Justice, the National Newspaper Publishers Association, Rainbow Push, the Hip Hop Caucus and more will stop in Tampa on June 20th at 6:00PM for a rally at Cyrus Green Park to galvanize the community and speak out against blunt voter suppression and misinformation ahead of the all-important 2024 election.

The bar is set high: 10 million or more Black voters. We need every vote in 2024!

Please stop by and visit AATO, our Divine 9 counterparts, and other vendors as we showcase our work in the community and assist with voter registration.
