About the event
My Sister’s Keeper: Mental Health Workshop is a heartfelt opportunity for our chapter to connect on a deeper emotional level and strengthen our bonds through open dialogue and healing. Guided by licensed therapist Soror Deatra Martin, we’ll explore the importance of mental wellness in a supportive, sisterly space designed to uplift and empower.
Wear your affirmation t-shirts and jeans as we embrace authenticity and self-love. Following the workshop, Sisterly Relations will lead a meaningful mirror-making and affirmation activity, allowing us to reflect, affirm, and inspire one another through creativity.
Come for the connection, stay for the sisterhood—light refreshments will be served as we nourish both body and soul.
