AATO’s Leadership Workshops, the Majestic Empress, Inc. (ME, Inc.) series is designed to move you from the boredroom, back room, and bottom rung of the ladder to the Boardroom. Why “Empress”? An Empress is more than a Queen. A Queen rules her castle, but an Empress rules her Empire.

About the event
Our leadership journey will be shaped by the framework of Purpose Activation, Power Leveraging, and Platform Building. This session will focus on Power Leveraging. Attendees will be presented ways to use collective wisdom, relationships, expertise, and influence to expand their reach and deepen their impact. Power is not for status but for service. This is a virtual event, so an agenda will be provided at the time of the event.
Event Attire: We invite those attending to wear whatever makes them feel regal, like an Empress running, ruling, and reigning in her Empire.
