Chartered on June 30, 2018, we are eager to expand the Alpha Kappa Alpha brand through meaningful program initiatives and partnerships that ensure significant sustainability and impact in our communities.

Since 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® has been at the forefront of service and leadership. We extend our deepest gratitude to our chartering President and 14th South Atlantic Regional Director, Mrs. Sonja W. Garcia. Her visionary leadership was instrumental from conception to creation, in establishing a new Alpha Kappa Alpha chapter serving North Hillsborough and Pasco Counties of Florida.
